Q: What time does the conference start/end? A: Registration Check In begins at 7:30am. Morning session begins at 8:30am. The conference ends at 5pm. Click herefor the full schedule.
Q: Is there a minimum age for attendance? A: Yes, the minimum age is 14 years old.
Q: What should I bring to the conference? A: We suggest bringing a Bible, notepad, and writing materials. You may also wish to bring devotionals such as a Rosary and other favorite prayers. We recommend bringing a sweater, as it may be cold in the sessions. You may also want to bring kneelers for during Mass and Adoration.
Q: Will childcare be provided? A: One of our primary goals for the conference is to offer a day "away from it all" for women to have some intentional time with Jesus and build community with other women in Pittsburgh - for this reason, we will not be offering childcare this year. Nurslings/newborns/babes in arms can come as is necessary - we will provide a quiet room for nursing and/or pumping mothers.
Q: Where should I park? A: Due to limited parking at Cardinal Wuerl, we strongly recommend carpooling. Overflow parking is still TBD.
Q: Is lunch included? A: Yes, lunch is included with your registration.
Q: Are you able to accommodate food allergies? A: Our food services department will be happy to accommodate your dietary needs as much as possible. Within the registration process, you are able to select your lunch option. If you have any questions feel free to email us.
Q: Is there Financial aid available for the conference? A: A limited number of scholarships are available. For more information, pleaseemail us.
Q: What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy A: Your registration fee will be refunded if requested before October 26, 2019. In order to minimize processing fees, a $5 cancellation fee will be applied at the time of your refund. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
Q: What do I need to know if I have to cancel or make changes to my registration? A: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, pleaseemail us.
Q: How can I contribute financially to CWF/the conference? A: Donations of any size are welcome and appreciated! All donations are tax-deductible.
